We Love Making Our Products

In 2009 we began to make soaps and lotions for our own use and after giving them to friends and family, the question began,... why not sell these wonderful products?

We began with 10 varieties of handmade soap that included natural soap, herbal soap, goat milk soap, shea butter soap and castile olive oil soap.  Our handmade soap is created from scratch from raw ingredients imported from around the world, and uniquely combined with recipes created by us.

We make our soaps using cold and hot process and our business has been growing via word of mouth through the past few years.

Our customers help us to create beautiful products that are environmentally friendly, and great for the entire family.

Eir Creations creates products with the environment in mind and we are focused on keeping our planet green. We are committed to using sustainable products and green practices to create organic, natural products. Our goal is to reduce our carbon footprint, from the harvesting of our materials to the making of our products and packaging.

How We Produce and Package Our Products

We use compost and organic soil to grow our herbs and use local vendors as much as possible to keep our carbon print to a minimum. We dry our flowers and herbs the old fashion way, bundle them and air dry them.
Eir Creations recycles all packing boxes received from our vendors and all our packages are made from post-consumer recycled material which can be recycled at any local recycling depot.

We are located in Connecticut and are members of our community's Beautification Club which helps with area clean-up, gardening, and improves the overall look of our city in order to bring a better environment to our citizens . Energy efficient light bulbs are used in our office and 95% of our communication is conducted electronically to minimize paper usage.

• We stay away from chemical preservatives, dyes, hidden ingredients, or anything else that we would not want on our bodies. To assure you of our commitment, we list all ingredients used along with date produced (our lot number).

• We promise prompt and courteous customer service, with real people who really care about you, your purchasing experience, and product experience and we are glad to hear from you.

• We have no middle man, no outside parties involved in any aspect of our business, and we and our payment processing partner, Paypal Services, strictly guard your privacy.
• We do retain a record of your products purchased and your email in case we need to contact you regarding your order, or to notify you of future specials

Terms & Conditions

• Shipping: Orders which are placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on a Holiday will be shipped during the next business day. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you upon shipment. Free shipping on $75.00 orders or above going to one location. Multiple locations shipment, shipping will be added.

• Returns Policy:Due to the type of products we sell, we can't accept returns. If you're not satisfied with our products, we will gladly refund your purchase for a store credit.
• Payment Terms: We accept the following type of payments: PayPal payments or Cashier Check. PayPal has an excellent e-check system that allows you to pay via electronic check and will ensure your order ships much quicker than the standard paper-through-the-mail system. Please keep in mind that orders will not be shipped until payment has been made and has been cleared by your bank or credit card.
